Aodhán is absolutely thrilled to play ''Quasimodo" in this insane production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Aodhán is a regular at Avenue Arts Academy, having played Frederick Barrett in Titanic the Musical, and Tobias Ragg in Sweeney Todd, in which he received a NODA nomination for Best Youth Performance.

Aodhán has been fortunate to play numerous roles in Musical Theatre. Credits include: Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar (AIMS Nomination for Best Male Singer 2026), Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar (NODA Award Winner for Best Youth Performance 2026), Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicoloured Dreamcoat (NODA Nomination for Best Youth Performance 2024), Marius in Les Miserables: Let the People Sing (UK Amateur Premiere at GOH), Danny Zuko in Grease, Jesse Tuck in Tuck Everlasting (INTERS Winner for Best Male Performance 2022), Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls, Will Parker in Oklahoma!, Dennis in All Shook Up, Nicely Nicely Johnson in Guys & Dolls, Rolf Gruber in The Sound of Music, Corny Collins in Hairspray!, Lefou in Beauty and the Beast and Baby John in West Side Story.

Outside of Musical Theatre, Aodhán graduated from Queen's University in Belfast with a 1st Class Honours in Drama. Aodhán recently graduated from Ulster University Coleraine in PGCE Primary in which he achieved a Distinction. Aodhán looks forward to starting a new job at the end of August teaching Primary 3.

Aodhán is loving this role and really hopes you enjoy his portrayal. As always, Aodhán would like to dedicate his performance to his Granny Maggie, his biggest fan.

Katie McAllister is a 20-year-old performer from Newry and is about to begin her final year at Urdang University, where she is studying for a degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.

Over the past six years, Katie has appeared in numerous productions with Avenue Arts Academy, including Grease, West Side Story, Ghost, Little Shop of Horrors, High School Musical, The Addams Family, and We Will Rock You. Professionally represented by Shelley Lowry Talent Katie made her screen debut with CBBC as a series regular.

Katie is thrilled to be returning to the Avenue Arts stage to play the iconic role of Esmeralda and can't wait to share this production with audiences.

Conall McGinn is delighted to be joining the cast of The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Originally from Belfast, Conall graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics. While at Harvard, he performed internationally with the Harvard Krokodiloes, touring across four continents, and appeared in numerous productions with in Belfast and Boston.

Previous theatre credits include Marius in Les Misérables, Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors, Pilate in Jesus Christ Superstar , and Tobias Ragg in Sweeney Todd.

Alongside performing, Conall works in investment management in London and is thrilled to be returning to the stage for this production. He hopes you enjoy the show.

Tai has been performing for over 8 years and has appeared in various productions with The Avenue Arts Academy over the last 6 years, including playing Thomas Andrews in Titanic and Action West Side Story. 

Tai has also performed in various shows with Fusion Theatre Lisburn as well as St Patrick’s Choral Society and through this has been able to develop a well rounded skill set and significant stage experience. 

Tai is very excited to be playing the role of Phoebus and hopes you enjoy the show.

This is Olivia’s second year at the Avenue Arts Academy, and she has already built an impressive repertoire of roles. Her previous performances include Tam in Miss Saigon, Horton and Gertrude in Seussical, Jellylorum in Cats, Scaramouche in We Will Rock You, Rizzo in Grease, Johanna in Sweeney Todd, Fiona in Shrek, and Deloris in Sister Act.

Most recently, Olivia appeared with Real Entertainment as Snow White. She is currently rehearsing the role of Mrs Darbus in High School Musical and will soon be appearing in The Addams Family at the Grand Opera House.

Olivia is thrilled to be part of this production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame and is very excited to see what this wonderful show brings!

Stevi is very excited to be part of such an amazing production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. This is her second summer show with the Academy, and she is thrilled to be taking part in such a special production.

Having never played a role in a production before, Stevi is especially excited for this new experience and the opportunity to challenge herself and grow as a performer. Her previous show credits include Sister Act, Anastasia, Titanic the Musical, Chicago, Annie, Alice in Wonderland, The Little Mermaid, and many more.

Stevi has also completed and passed her ATCL Level 4 Diploma in Musical Theatre with the Academy, an achievement she is incredibly proud of. She is very grateful to be sharing this experience with such a talented cast and creative team and cannot wait to bring The Hunchback of Notre Dame to life!
 

Having received C* in GCSE English Lit, English Language, History, Media Studies and Art, Daniel stayed on in the Belfast Boys Model for another two years for his Media Studies and History A Levels, receiving C's and above. Currently, Daniel is taking a gap year, with the hope of pursuing further study in fields of media, both on and off stage.

Daniel has been active in drama for 8 years, having taken part in the Belfast Boys Model Drama Club from 2018 - 2025, performing in 'Oliver! The Musical' before his time at the Model ended. He is a recent addition to the Avenue Arts Academy Team, joining as part of a One Year Scholarship in late 2025 for his performance. The most recent show he took part in was with the Avenue Arts Academy, performing as Monsignor O'Hara in 'Sister Act'.

Having only acted in a few shows in the Belfast Boys Model and the Avenue Arts Academy, Daniel is relatively new to theatre, but is eager to learn and expand his knowledge for the field.

Cara left school having successfully completed her DipLCM and is currently studying for a BA in Music Performance at Queen’s University Belfast, where she is a recipient of a full Sir Van Morrison Music Scholarship .

The Hunchback of Notre Dame marks Cara’s second summer show with The Avenue Arts Academy, having previously performed in Sweeney Todd. She has also been involved in productions with Fusion Theatre, including Anastasia and The Sound of Music.

Cara is delighted to be returning to The Avenue Arts Academy for another summer production and looks forward to sharing The Hunchback of Notre Dame with audiences.

Aizan Martin is currently studying Creative Media in Lisburn's South Eastern Regional College he plans on going to England after this to study Drama or Photography in University. 

Aizan has appeared in many shows in the past two years these include The Avenue Arts Academy’s Titanic, Sweeney Todd and now Hunchback as well as playing the lead in Fusion Theatre's Cinderella, Kenickie in Lisnagarvey Operatic Society’s Grease and various other small roles within separate showcases. 

He is thrilled to be playing the role of Jehan and cannot wait for audiences too see this show.

Carter Gibson is 18 years old and has just finished studying his A-Levels: History, Politics and Media Studies at Belfast Boys Model School as Head Boy. He hopes to continue his studies into Law/History at Queens University in September. 

Carter has taken a love for performing and musical theatre in the last few years inside school and now at the Avenue Arts Academy. He has played several roles, such as: Kenickie (Grease), The Artful Dodger (Oliver) and Pablo (Sister Act).

Carter cannot wait to bring the role of Clopin to life for you in this years summer production of The Hunchback Of Notre Dame! 
 

Seán started his journey with musical theatre when he was in third year of secondary school, when doing his school show. After this moment, he joined Avenue Arts Academy and has been a part of it for the past 6 years, where he did both the Performance and Training Academy and then completed his Level 4 Diploma in Musical Theatre. Using the skills and techniques he gained from Avenue Arts, he achieved an unconditional offer for the BA Musical Theatre course at The Hammond Theatre School in Chester, where he will be going in September.

​

Seán has done multiple musicals and plays throughout the past 6 years of training, including Titanic the Musical, Sweeney Todd and Legally Blonde, to name a few. He has also performed in multiple theatres, such as Theatre at the Mill, The Island Arts Centre, Avenue Arts Academy, Mandela Hall, and the Royal Albert Hall in London.

​

These experiences have turned Seán into a well-rounded, versatile and trained actor, and after he completes his BA Musical Theatre course at The Hammond, he hopes to go into the professional world of musical theatre, making his passion into a career.

Ella has just finished her A-Levels, studying Chemistry, Biology and Music at St. Dominics Grammar School and is going on to study Veterinary Medicine.

Ella has received her Musical Theatre Diploma through the London College of Music (LLCM) , she has also achieved Grade 8 in classical singing through Trinity College London along with Grade 6 violin and Grade 5 piano. 

​

Ella has been a part of Fusion Theatre for 8 years taking part in many productions in the Island Arts Centre including; Joseph and his Technicolour Dream Coat, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Sister Act, The Addams Family, Evita, Anastasia, The Sound of Music and Cinderella. For her performance as Anastasia in ‘Anastasia’ she received a NODA for Outstanding Performance. In addition to this she has performed in venues  such as the Ulster Hall and SSE Arena. This is Ella’s first production with the Avenue Arts Academy.  

Nathaniel is returning to the stage in this production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Past credits include The Major in the 2024 summer production of Titanic the Musical, Grand Master Chad and Dewey in a school production of Legally Blonde, and multiple portrayals of Mr Wormwood in various productions of Matilda the Musical.

​

He was also Assistant Director and Lighting Manager in a junior production of Matilda at his school, which he helped create alongside Hunchback’s Musical Director, Keith Pyper.

​

Outside of the theatre, he will shortly be finishing his A Levels at Belfast Royal Academy, with hopes of pursuing a future career in law.

Charlie has been at The Avenue Arts Academy for nearly 4 years and has enjoyed every moment of it. He joined during the Academy’s production of West Side Story.

​

While acting was never his goal in life, he has always seen it as one of his greatest passions and plans to continue doing it throughout his life as a hobby.

​

Charlie is planning on going to Ulster University to study Politics and Criminology next year, with the goal of pursuing a career in policing and politics to better improve the lives of people in Northern Ireland.

Ruairidh is a Year 11 pupil at Our Lady & St. Patrick’s College, Knock and will be commencing his GCSE’s in September, including Drama and Music. He attends Senior Performing Academy at Avenue Arts Academy Belfast, as well as Contemporary and Jazz classes at Beat’s Studio Bangor, Ballet classes with Laura Walker’s Ballet School in Holywood, Speech and Drama classes with Clear Voices, Bangor and vocal tuition with Susan Adgey, Bangor. He is currently a member of the NYCNI Training Choir.

In 2022, Ruairidh was a semi-finalist in BBC Northern Ireland School Soloist of the Year competition and participated in the Children In Need Choir. Within the past year, Ruairidh has achieved Grade 3 Ballet and Contemporary, Grade 5 Acting and Speech & Drama and Grade 7 Musical Theatre Singing, with ambition to work towards his Diploma in Musical Theatre Singing alongside his GCSE studies. Ruairidh recently placed first in the 13-14 year Singing competition at the National Performance Awards and has been selected to perform alongside Kerry Ellis one night of her upcoming tour this Autumn.

Eva is delighted to be performing in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Previous credits include Mrs Sowerberry in Oliver! at the Grand Opera House Belfast, Leaf Coneybear in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, Ariel in The Little Mermaid, and the UK tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Having recently completed a CertHE in Musical Theatre at Mountview, she is excited to be part of one final production before beginning Medicine at the University of Manchester this September.

Susan is going into her second year of A Levels. She recently achieved a Distinction in her Grade 8 Musical Theatre Singing and is beginning work towards her Diploma.

She is incredibly excited to be performing in The Hunchback of Notre Dame this summer with such a talented cast and crew.

​

She has performed in We Will Rock You, Titanic the Musical, Legally Blonde and Sweeney Todd with The Avenue Arts Academy, as well as many other musicals, plays and screenplays over the years.

Charlotte has just finished her second year at NRC, completing her Level 3 Performing Arts course. During this course, she worked on multiple skills, including her acting, and played various roles. Two standouts would be Cindy Lou Who in the Christmas pantomime and Jo March in Little Women.

Charlotte has been performing since she was 6; however, she really found an interest in performing at age 12, when she played her first lead role in Grease the Musical, playing Marty Maraschino. Other roles include Little Red in Into the Woods, Jovie in Elf, and, most recently, Brooke in Legally Blonde.

Charlotte joined The Avenue Arts Academy in 2024, as her friends had been attending and she wanted to join an environment where her hobby could be turned into a passion. She has since performed in Legally Blonde and Sister Act.

​

Charlotte is very excited to work on her first summer show with The Avenue Arts Academy.

Jay is 16 years old and is going into his first year of A Levels, studying Performing Arts, Health and Social Care, and Travel and Tourism.

​

Jay found out about The Avenue Arts Academy in June 2025 and joined the Academy in September 2025. Since joining, he has continued to grow and thrive within the Academy. He is thrilled to be returning to perform in Les Misérables next March.

​

Jay was privileged to step outside of his comfort zone when he took on the role of Ernie Williams in Sister Act with the Academy in March 2026. He has made lots of friendships and is extremely grateful to be part of the family at The Avenue Arts Academy.

​

Jay has had the best experience putting the show together and can’t wait to take to the stage and enjoy this production.

Isla Torney has been involved in drama and musical theatre for over 12 years developing a strong passion for performance from a young age.

Throughout her training, Isla has had the opportunity to work with a variety of theatre companies and perform in a range of productions across Northern Ireland.
Isla has been a member of The Avenue Arts Academy, where she has performed in Legally Blonde and Sister Act. She has also performed with various other companies, including Lisnagarvey Operatic and Dramatic Society Youth.

Isla has also performed in several school productions, including playing Rusty in Footloose and Elle Woods in Legally Blonde.She cannot wait for  you all to see this production as the whole cast has worked so hard.

Hannah has been performing in musical theatre for over 11 years and has developed a love for performing on the stage.

This is Hannah’s first show with the Avenue arts academy however she has performed with a variety of different companies including Lisnagarvey Operatic and Dramatic Society, Fusion Theatre Lisburn and the Grand Opera House Youth production. 

Hannah’s most recent performances include: Cinderella in Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Fusion Theatre) and the Dragon in Shrek (Lisnagarvey ODS Youth) and has recently been cast as Sandy in Grease with her school Victoria College Belfast.

Hannah is most looking forward to the shows band call to see all the casts hard work come together and finally hear the shows music as a whole. She hopes you enjoy the show.

Aimee Donaghy is an actor with over seven years of experience in musical theatre. She is going into her second year of Performing Arts in Southern Regional College, Armagh. She has performed in many productions including Les Misérables, Matilda and Oliver!. She has also performed in festivals with Mamma Mia, Dare to Dream and Beauty and the Beast. 

This is Emily’s third musical with the Avenue Arts Academy.

Emily has recently finished her A-levels, including Drama A-level, and is hoping to go to University for Drama and Theatre Studies. 

​

Emily had always had a passion for acting as she attended The Lyric Theatre acting classes and has performed in many shows in school and outside.

​

She also has a passion for singing and recently achieved a distinction in her grade 8 singing for musical theatre exam.

​

Emily has enjoyed the rehearsal process for this production and cannot wait to perform this incredible show to audiences. 

Alexa is so excited to perform in. ‘The Hunchback Of Notre Dame.’

Jessica has been involved in musical theatre for around 10 years and joined The Avenue Arts Academy in September 2025. She loves performing and is always excited to develop her skills through new productions and opportunities.

Abbie is a student currently studying A-Level Art and Design, Performing Arts and Media Studies at Carrickfergus Academy. She has six GCSE’s and is talented in visual creativity, technical drawing, animation and storyboard creation.

Abbie has a background in the arts from an early age, attending various performing arts and dance schools. More recently, she has attended multiple programmes and events run by Screenworks, Into Film and Cinemagic to enhance creative abilities and achieve career goals in the arts.

Abbie has been attending the Training Academy at The Avenue Arts Academy since January this year and is looking forward to returning to join the Performance and Training Academy next term.

Cassie is thrilled to be part of this production of  The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

She has been performing since the age of six, with previous roles including Molly in Annie and Scuttle in The Little Mermaid. Cassie did her first Avenue Arts Academy show last year, performing in Sweeney Todd and fell in love with the Academy.

A passionate dancer, Cassie holds graded qualifications in Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, and Lyrical. She is currently a student at Assumption Grammar School, where she is studying A Levels in Biology, Physics, and Maths. Cassie is grateful to the production team and her fellow cast members for their encouragement and support.

Polly Cochrane is a student at Portadown College and has been part of The Avenue Arts Academy family for the past five years.

She discovered her love of performing at just four years old and has been on stage ever since. Polly holds Trinity College London Grade 6 in Speech and Drama and loves every opportunity to develop her skills as both an actor and performer.

One of Polly’s most memorable experiences was performing Titanic at The Avenue Arts Centre; this was Polly’s favourite musical she has done and expanded her love for theatre even further.

When she’s not performing, Polly enjoys expressing her creativity through art and photography.

Performance credits are Grease, Oklahoma!, Bugsy Malone, West Side Story, Titanic: The Musical, Ghost, Legally Blonde, and Sister Act.  Polly has performed at The Royal Albert Hall, LondonShe also appeared in the short film The Relic. 

Polly is grateful for every opportunity to perform and is excited to continue growing her experience on the stage.

Beth has been a student at The Avenue Arts Academy since September 2025 and has taken part in various showcases and Sister Act.

She is currently studying A Levels in Art, Spanish, and Life and Health Sciences at Hunterhouse College.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame has been such a thrilling experience, and she can’t wait for the show. She is looking forward to starting a new term at the Academy and is excited about the prospect of participating in Les Misérables.

Ava is passionate about performing and has always loved acting, dancing, and singing. She enjoys expressing herself creatively, bringing characters to life, and entertaining an audience. Ava loves being on stage and is always excited to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and grow as a performer. Performing is something she truly loves and is passionate about.

Caoila is thrilled to be part of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Her standout roles include Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire, Tallulah in Bugsy Malone, and Mr Sowerberry in Oliver!. Previous theatre credits include Sweeney Todd, Sister Act, Legally Blonde, Titanic the Musical, Ghost, West Side Story, Annie, Aladdin, Amelda, and many more.

She is about to begin her A2 exams, studying English Literature, Performing Arts, and Health & Social Care. In school, she has recently been appointed as a Drama and Performing Arts Prefect.

She is so thankful to her castmates and the creative team for helping bring this amazing show to life!

Amelie is soon to be starting her GCSE’s in Methodist College Belfast. She has been attending The Avenue Arts Academy for three years in which she has been involved in various showcases as well as Titanic, Aladdin Junior and Sister Act. Amelie cannot wait to perform in this production!

Arianna is playing Ensemble in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. She has been in other shows with The Avenue Arts Academy such as Sweeney Todd and Titanic. She is hoping to continue on to her second year of A levels this year. She hopes that you enjoy the performance with the talented and amazing cast that is apart of this performance.

Ellie is currently studying at Our Lady’s and St Patrick’s college Knock and has just finished her first year of GCSEs. Ellie has been apart of The Avenue Arts Academy for four years joining in October 2022. Since then Ellie has done various shows with the academy such as Aladdin Junior, Titanic the Musical and Sister Act. Ellie has also been apart of her school’s productions Back to the 80s and My Fair Lady.

Connie is 16 years old and delighted to be part of this production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Connie has previously performed in a variety of productions with Fusion Theatre and at the Grand Opera House, gaining valuable on-stage experience.

She is currently completing a Diploma in Musical Theatre and is excited to continue performing alongside her friends.

Aimee has been doing musical theatre since she was 8 years old and has participated in many productions in the area, such as The Sound of Music, Cinderella, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Evita, Anastasia, The Adam’s Family and many more. 

She has been dancing for most of her life and loves incorporating her love for music through theatre. Aimee is so excited to continue her musical theatre journey with this amazing production of Hunchback of Notre Dame!

Rachel McCormick is 16 years old and is a student going into sixth form at Our Lady and St Patrick’s College, Knock. Rachel joined The Avenue Arts Academy in 2022 and has since taken part in many productions with the Academy. Rachel has also been involved in her school musicals.

Studying Law at Queen’s University, Joe’s introduction to Musical Theatre came in September of 2025 via the Musical Theatre Society. Hunchback of Notre Dame will be the 22-year-old’s third-ever show, and he is thoroughly looking forward to being involved in such a talented cast, working under such an incredible directing team.
